Independence Day 5K

Ellisville, MO

The City of Ellisville’s Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the Independence Day 5K Run in Bluebird Park on Friday, July 4 at 7:30 a.m. Proceeds from the run will go to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation charity, which provides scholarships to children of fallen special operations military personnel, and financial assistance for families to be with wounded special operations personnel.

The scenic 5K course starts and finishes in Bluebird park and features slight inclines, gentle hills, and flat stretches winding throughout Bluebird Park, Klamberg Conservation Area, and the neighborhood streets of Ellisville and Ballwin. This is a great course to go at your own pace or make it an all-out race. All fitness levels are welcome, including those walking and pushing strollers.
